Underwriting & Information Sharing
By submitting an application, you agree that:
- Your business and personal financial information will be shared with lending partners for underwriting
- Lenders may run credit inquiries (soft pull for pre-qualification, hard pull for formal underwriting)
- Once submitted to a lender, their privacy policy and terms govern your data
- Yellow Iron Yard may receive compensation from lenders for funded transactions
